Contract decision on record
In Sep 22, 2026, Monroe declined to renew its Flock Safety contract. Council unanimously ordered the city's Flock cameras deactivated, barred further spending on Flock, and directed that the agreement not be renewed when it expires in June 2027; residents opposed to the cameras cited how the data could be used. Reported by Journal-News.
Cameras can still appear in the record above after a decision like this one. These locations change only when a volunteer edits OpenStreetMap, and a decision date is not a removal date. See this decision in the cancellation tracker →

They are evidence of where cameras have been seen — not a complete or official inventory, and cameras may have been added or removed since documentation.
